On the client side, only a frames-capable browser is needed, no
Javascript or Java. It has MIME support, supports multiple languages,
and is fast compared to CGI scripts. WebMail is intended for small to
medium ISPs, but it may also be used on a standalone home computer
running on a Java capable platform. It also has some features for very
high load servers (20000+ users).
