Milter-Virus - Wrapper for virus scanners

Milter-Virus is a wrapper which lets you use virus scanners like F-Prot in sendmail. It filter incoming and outgoing mail. The configuration file lets you (among other things) chain scanners and block certain bad double file extensions.
