Misctools - Collection of utilities for 'ping'

• bat- binary dump program; similar to the UNIX 'od' command
• ftrunc- truncates files to specified lengths
• pascii- reads characters from keyboard and displays their ASCII code
• ptree- generates a hierarchical list of filenames for a given tree
• ranline- reads a line at random from a file
• stat- prints out information about a file
• textlock- password-protection program for text terminals like 'xlock'
• tformat- reformats text to fit in a specified number of columns

This package was formerly known as 'pingtools.'
